Problems faced by milk powder customers in warehousing and logistics:
1. Milk powder has high requirements for warehouses, and in terms of domestic logistics and warehousing facilities, not all warehouses have qualified milk powder standard storage warehouses.
2. Milk powder requires validity period control. Improper validity period control causes the inventory to expire and cannot be sold.
3. Lack of batch tracking makes it difficult to ensure food safety;
4. The warehouse area is fixed and cannot be expanded. It is not enough in the peak season and is wasted in the off-season.
5. The peaks and troughs are very different, making it difficult to control personnel.

Storage conditions of milk powder:
Milk powder can be affected during storage by light, air, temperature, humidity and hygiene, particularly when its packaging is not sealed. It should be stored in a dry, ventilated location with relative humidity no higher than 70–75% and a temperature no higher than 15°C. For long-term storage, the original article recommends approximately 4–5°C to help prevent fat oxidation, off-flavors and bitterness. Milk powder should be kept in a clean, uncontaminated area, away from items that could cause contamination.
Air conditioning is often used to heat or cool milk powder storage areas to maintain a suitable constant temperature. The opportunities for natural ventilation and temperature control offered by low outdoor temperatures in winter, spring and autumn may therefore be overlooked, resulting in wasted electricity and higher operating costs.
